4 c Smoked salmon
8 oz Package cream cheese
1 c Sour cream
1 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1 pn Tarragon
1/4 c Chopped onion
1 tb Lemon juice
Salmon Cheese Ball xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx Finely flake smoked salmon. Blend together with remaining ingredients. Shape into ball. Roll in chopped nuts or parsley if desired.
Serve with crackers. This salmon ball freezes beautifully.
