* Ingredients:
50 extra-large mushrooms
1 large onion, finely chopped
˝ c. margarine, melted
2 10-oz. packages frozen chopped spinach,
cooked and drained
2˝ c. seasoned stuffing mix
1 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1 t. garlic salt
˝ t. thyme
* Directions:
Wash mushrooms and remove centers. Finely dice mushroom centers,
and sauté with onions in margarine. Combine with remaining
ingredients. Mound 1 heaping tablespoon in the hollow of each
mushroom. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Serve warm or at room
temperature.
