1 lb Crabmeat
3 T Chopped onion
Salt and pepper 4 oz Olive oil
4 oz Vinegar
4 oz Ice water
Put onions in bowl, add meat, salt, and pepper. Then oil, vinegar, and ice water in that order, let set at least 1 hour before serving.
