3 lg Ripe tomatoes, diced
2 sm Cucumbers, sliced
1 sm Onion, diced
3 ea Green onions, minced
1 lg Green bell pepper, diced
1 ea Hot green chili, minced
1 c Chopped fresh parsley
1 tb Vinegar
Salt Oil & lemon dressing Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl. Add the dressing & vinegar & mix well.
