1/2 c Ff yogurt
1 c Cottage cheese
1/4 c Tomato juice
1 tb Onion flakes
1/4 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Lemon juice
2 tb Catsup
1 ts Soy sauce
Sieve cottage cheese and fold in yogurt. Blend in mustard, soy sauce, catsup, tomato juice and onion flakes.
Makes 2 cups.
