5 ea Avocados; Ripe, Peel & Pit
4 ea Cloves Garlic;Finely Chopped
1 c Tomato; Chopped, 1 Medium
1/4 c Lime Juice
1/2 t Salt
Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Makes 3 cups of dip.
