3/4 cup butter (melted; no substitutes)
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
In a large bowl add eggs--beat with a fork. Add melted butter, white sugar
and vanilla--stir. Add cocoa--stir. Add baking powder and salt--stir. Slowly
add flour--just stir until mixed--DO NOT over mix brownie batter. Pour batter
into a greased 8 x 8 square brownie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40
minutes--test with a toothpick for doneness.
