1 c. soft small bread cubes
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ c. Parmesan cheese
3 T. olive oil
Clean, trim, and steam artichokes until a leaf may be pulled easily
(approximately 45 minutes, or 10 minutes in a pressure cooker).
Remove from hot water; set in casserole. In small bowl, mix
remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture between leaves. Bake at 350°F
for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
