* Ingredients:
½ bunch spinach
1 tomato, cut in wedges
½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
½ red onion, sliced
1 tablespoon toasted whole sesame seeds
½ cup toasted, ground sesame seeds
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons Liquid Aminos (unfermented soy sauce)
1 clove garlic
* Directions:
Rinse spinach well and combine with tomato, mushrooms, and onion in
a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with whole sesame seeds. Process remaining
ingredients until smooth. Pour into a decorative cruet or
individual dressing pots and serve with salad.
