Chocolate banana creme pie

* Ingredients:

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups skim milk

cup sugar

cup plus 1 tsp. corn starch

2 tbs. cocoa powder

2 bananas, sliced

1 premade plain graham cracker pie crust

* Directions:

Set the crust aside and combine all ingredients except the bananas
in a sauce pan. Heat mixture slowly until it reaches a thick
consistency. Remove from heat and let cool. Pour of the mixture
into the pie shell and spread over the shell covering the bottom
evenly. Distribute banana slices evenly over filling. Top with
remaining filling.

Cool to room temperature for an hour; then cover with foil and
chill until firm.
