* Ingredients:

1 egg or 1/4 c. Egg Beaters

1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate

2/3 c. whole wheat flour

1/4 t. salt

1 t. baking powder

1/2 c. raisins

1/2 c. chopped nuts

3 c. chopped or sliced apples

* Directions:

Beat egg with apple juice, flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold in
raisins, nuts, and apples. Bake in pie pan at 350F for 45 minutes.
(If apples are sliced with thin blade of food processor, they need
not be peeled.)
