* Ingredients:

1 egg or 1/4 c. Egg Beaters

1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate

2/3 c. whole wheat flour

1/4 t. salt

1 t. baking powder

1/2 c. raisins

1/2 c. chopped nuts

3 c. chopped or sliced apples

* Directions:

Beat egg with apple juice, flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold in
raisins, nuts, and apples. Bake in pie pan at 350°F for 45 minutes.
(If apples are sliced with thin blade of food processor, they need
not be peeled.)
