During 1992 Arrigo Triulzi <a.triulzi@imperial.ac.uk> started posting the
headlines from the "Corriere della Sera". The service was highly
appreciated and other people contributed headlines from other papers too.
Max Lanfranconi <bogart@bpb.it> and Alessandro Asson <asa0@cine88.cineca.it>
have since joined the Prima Pagina group trying to minimise the blackouts
which occur due to all sorts of problems, not last the fact that italian
papers do not always reach London on time. Nevertheless, headlines from
major newspapers and sometimes entire articles are posted on s.c.i. almost
regularly.
Today, the mailing list "edicola" sends regularly headlines from:
Repubblica, La Voce, Il Sole 24 ore, Il Manifesto, il Televideo Rai and
La Gazzetta dello Sport (Monday only).
If you want to subscribe send a message to
listserv@dsi.uniroma1.it
With the following in the body of the message:
sub edicola <Nome> <Cognome>
The messages are also archived and can be retrived with a
message of this kind:
get edicola YY-MM-DD.digest
where YY-MM-DD is the date.
