Grateful Dead Interview Picture Disk Limited Edition - (Baktabak BAK 2148)
A picture disk with interviews released in England by Baktabak Records as part
of the Talking Pictures series (Tabak Ltd., Network House, 29-39 Stirling Road,
London W38 0J)

Up Close With the Grateful Dead (Media America, New York City) This two hour
show consists of music and interviews. Broadcast during the weeks of November
20 and 27, 1989.

Timothy White's Rock Stars - The Grateful Dead (Westwood One, Culver City, CA)
This 90 minute show consists of music and interviews with Jerry Garcia and Bob
Weir (the new album, Jerry Garcia's youth, early Dead history, Bob Weir being
adopted) and a studio acoustic version of "The Victim Or The Crime" by Bob Weir
and Rob Wasserman. Broadcast during the week of November 20, 1989.

Live - Volume 1 - Classic Rock From the 60's and 70's - var. (JCI/Warner
Special Products JCT-3401) This compilation of various live tracks includes
"Sugar Magnolia" (7:04) from "Europe '72". Released in late 1989 on cassette
and CD.

Keep On Keepin' On - NRPS (MU Records MCD 31109, MU Records, Suite 413, 6565
Sunset Blvd., Hollywood, CA 90028) This December, 1989 release on CD includes
"Friend Of The Devil".

Keep On Keepin' On - NRPS (Relix Records RRCD 2057) This is the Fall, 1992
re-release of the album previously released on MU Records.

The Grateful Dead Ante Up The "Built To Last" Interview (Arista ASCD 9921)
Band interviews by Bonnie Simmons and David Gans with music from "Built To
Last". This December, 1989 release was produced by David Gans/Truth and Fun
Inc.

Grateful Dead Ante Up The "Built To Last" Interview (Arista ASCD 9921) A
promotional CD with the interviews. The cover shows a skeleton hand, coming
in from the upper left, on top of seven playing cards, six of them face down,
and the seventh (top) card showing the title: Grateful Dead Ante Up The Built
To Last Interview. "Special promotional CD. Not for sale" is printed across
the bottom.

No Regrets - Danny Carnahan and Robin Petrie (DNA 70101, DNA Records,
725 Pomona Ave., Albany, CA 94706, (415) 525-4773) includes a version of
"Loser". Released in February, 1990. Also available from Gourd Music,

Dzintars: Songs Of Amber - The Latvian Women's Choir (Rykodisc RCD 10130)
This 76 voice Latvian women's choir was recorded at the Skywalker Ranch
sound stage on April 27, 1989. It was produced by Mickey Hart and Jerry
Garcia. Released on CD and tape in March, 1990. It also includes "So Silent
Is The Ukrainian Night" (2:32) by Pushkin and Shchedrin.

Blues From The Rainforest - Merl Saunders (S2CD-01, Sumertone Records,
P.O. Box 22184, San Francisco, CA 94122, (800) 759-MERL) Jerry Garcia plays
MIDI-guitar on "Blue Hill Ocean Dance" and "Afro Pearl", electric guitar on
"Blues From the Rainforest", and acoustic guitar on "Sunrise Over Haleakala".
Muruga Booker plays percussion. Released on CD and cassette (S2CS-16) in
April, 1990. Also released by Grateful DeadMerchandising as GDCD 3901,
although the CD inside is the Sumertone release. Also released as Sumertone
2133.

Blues From The Rainforest - Merl Saunders (S2CD-01, Sumertone Records, P.O.
Box 22184, San Francisco, CA 94122 (800) 759-MERL) A picture disc CD
available only from Sumertone Records. Released in January, 1991.

Sounds Of The Seventies - var. (Time-Life Books, 1450 East Parham Road,
Richmond, VA 23280 (800) 621-7026) This series, mastered by Bill Inglot,
includes the Dead's edited single version of "Uncle John's Band" on the
CD/cassette for 1970. Released in April, 1990.

Sounds Of The Seventies - var. (Time-Life Books, 1450 East Parham Road,
Richmond, VA 23280 (800) 621-7026) This series, mastered by Bill Inglot,
includes the Dead's edited single version of "Truckin' " on the
CD/cassette for 1971. Released in April, 1990.

Classic Rock - var. (Warner Brothers 27616, October 25, 1990) Includes
"Sugar Magnolia" by the Grateful Dead.

If Six Was Nine - Alan Duffy and others (Imaginary Records COMM 18CD,
Imaginary Records, 28 Hopwood Avenue, Hopwood, Heywood, Lancashire
OL10 2AX England, telephone Heywood (0706)624616, and The Communion Label,
P.O. Box 95625, Atlanta, GA 94117) This English album of Jimi Hendrix cover
versions includes "If Six Was Nine" by The Obsequious Cheeselog, with Bob
Weir on vocals and rhythm guitar, Gary Lambert on bass, Henry Kaiser and
Glenn Phillips on guitars, and Mark McQuade-Crawford on drums. According
to Gary Lambert: "the band's name was actually Obseqious CheeseLOG, not
"Cheesecake". We actually performed around Northern California a number of
times under that name with Henry, Mark and I as the nucleus and various
friends joining us. "Obsequious Cheeselog" was just a name we came up with
one day as we were idly kicking around parody names for a 60's psychedelic
band."
