* Ingredients:

3 lb. carrots, peeled and thinly sliced

1 T. dry minced onion

½ c. water

Russian dressing

Baco bits

* Directions:

Cook the first 3 ingredients until the carrots are only slightly
done. Toss with Russian dressing and Baco bits.
