* Ingredients:
2 cups apple or pineapple juice
6 pitted dates, chopped
¼ cup Minute Tapioca
2 cups blueberries
* Directions:
Process juice and dates in a blender until very smooth. Simmer with
tapioca until thick and clear, stirring constantly. Stir in berries
and continue simmering for about 5 minutes. Yields 2 cups or 8
servings.
