* Ingredients:

1 c. nonfat evaporated milk

c. soft raisins

c. soft dates, chopped

2 t. vanilla

2 t. cinnamon

t. salt

c. egg substitute

1 c. pumpkin

* Directions:

Place the first 3 ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
(If fruit is too hard, rinse briefly under hot tap water.) In a
separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and stir well with
spoon. Add to blender and blend until well mixed. Pour into unbaked
8 or 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 350F for 1 hour, or until set.
Serve warm or chilled with whipped topping.
