Harmony must exist in all phases of life,
for without it, there can only be strife.
In all things there must always be balance,
although this can generate an enormous challenge.

Feelings of darkness can bring deep despair,
but the warmth from light will help heal and repair.
When darkness and light work together as one,
peaceful harmony is created when it's done.

In nature there are friends, as well as foe,
cycling around in flawless harmony and flow.
And when one consumes for the other to live,
there is a perfect reason why they take and they give.

The seasons change, as they come and go,
through rain and sun, storms, drought and snow.
There is also death, along with new growth,
but it can’t be just one; there must be both.

If life was always seamlessly equal,
with harmony as the final sequel.
Then unfettered love, joy and peace,
would continue along to naturally increase.

But where there is love, there is also hate,
which must be balanced for one’s own sake.
For when harmony flows to take its place,
it produces a synchronized state of grace.
