AUTO-ANSWER
Type:	Register
Format:	AT [cmds] S0=n [cmds]
Description:	Controls when the CSU/DSU will automatically answer an incoming call.
Command		Function
S0=0		Auto-answer disabled.
S0=1		CSU/DSU will always answer incoming calls.
í S0=2		CSU/DSU will answer incoming calls when DTR signal is high.

DATA LENGTH
Type:	Register
Format:	AT [cmds] S12=n [cmds]
Description:	Selects how many data bits will be transmitted.
Command		Function
í S12=0		8 data bits.
S12=1		7 data bits.

DATA PARITY
Type:	Register
Format:	AT [cmds] S14=n [cmds]
Description:	Selects what type of parity bit will be transmitted.

í S14=0		No parity.
S14=1		Even parity.
S14=2		Odd parity.

DATA STOP

Description:	Selects how many stop bits will be transmitted.

DIAL MODE - ASYNCHRONOUS

Description:	Selects how the CSU/DSU will perform dialing in asynchronous mode.
Command		Function
S15=0		Asynchronous dialing disabled.
S15=1		Dial number in memory location 0 on DTR going high.
í S15=2		AT dialing enabled.
S15=3		Dial number in memory location 0 on DTR going high and AT dialing enabled.

DIAL MODE - SYNCHRONOUS

Description:	Selects how the CSU/DSU will perform dialing in synchronous mode.
Command		Function
S2=0		Synchronous dialing disabled.
S2=1		Dial number in memory location 0 on DTR going high.
í S2=2		V.25bis dialing enabled.
S2=3		Dial number in memory location 0 on DTR going high and V.25bis dialing enabled.

DSR SIGNAL
Type:	Register
Format:	AT [cmds] S9=n [cmds]
Description:	Controls the behavior of the DSR signal.
Command		Function
í S9=0		DSR forced high.
S9=1		DSR low when off-line or in test mode.

ECHO CANCELLER
Type:	Register
Format:	AT [cmds] S7=n [cmds]
Description:	Controls the echo canceller tone.
Command		Function
í S7=0		Echo canceller tone disabled.
S7=1		Echo canceller tone enabled.

INACTIVITY TIMER
Type:	Register
Format:	AT [cmds] S3=n [cmds]
Description:	Selects how long the line must be inactive for the CSU/DSU to disconnect.
Command		Function
í S3=0		Disconnect on low DTR only.
S3=1		Set inactivity timer to 10 minutes.
S3=2		Set inactivity timer to 30 minutes.
S3=3		Set inactivity timer to 60 minutes.
S3=4		Set inactivity timer to 10 minutes and disconnect on low DTR.
S3=5		Set inactivity timer to 30 minutes and disconnect on low DTR.
S3=6		Set inactivity timer to 60 minutes and disconnect on low DTR.
S3=7		Do not disconnect on inactivity or low DTR.

REDIAL
Type:	Register
Format:	AT [cmds] S1=n [cmds]
Default:	0
Range:	0 - 99
Unit:	1 redial
Description:	Sets how many times the CSU/DSU will attempt to redial a failed call.

REMOTE CONFIGURATION REQUEST
Type:	Register
Format:	AT [cmds] S19=n [cmds]
Description:	Controls requests for remote configuration.
Command		Function
í S19=0		Remote configuration requests denied.
S19=1		Remote configuration requests granted.

RESET
Type:	Immediate
Format:	AT [cmds] *Rn [cmds]
Description:	Resets the CSU/DSU to power-up status.

RTS SIGNAL
Type:	Register
Format:	AT [cmds] S8=n [cmds]
Description:	Controls the behavior of the RTS signal.
Command		Function
í S8=0		RTS forced high.
S8=1		RTS follow CTS.

SYNCH/ASYNCH MODE
Type:	Register
Format:	AT [cmds] S4=n [cmds]
Description:	Selects whether the CSU/DSU is in synchronous or asynchronous mode.
Command		Function
í S4=0		CSU/DSU is in asynchronous mode.
S4=1		CSU/DSU is in synchronous mode.

TRANSMIT PROFILE

Format:	AT [cmds] *Wn [cmds]
Description:	Sends the current S-Register and switch settings to the remote CSU/DSU.

V.25bis FORMAT
Type:	Register
Format:	AT [cmds] S16=n [cmds]
Description:	Selects bit- or byte-oriented dialing for V.25bis mode.

í S16=0		Bit-oriented dialing.
S16=1		Byte-oriented dialing.
