 There are three jumpers available for configuration of SCSI ID: E1,
 E2, and E3.

Use either but not both: E1 to E3 OR 0E1 to 0E3. The 0E header is not
installed on drive configurations with a LED on the PCBA.

Delay Spin: A jumper in the E4 location, disables spin up on power-
on. Disabling spin up on application of power can also be enabled by
setting the DSPN bit in MODE SELECT page 0.
