Soundtrack - (BBC, 2002) This tentatively titled series about songwriters
includes a mid-2000 interview with Robert Hunter at a Nashville hotel with a
guitar shaped swimming pool. Hunter performed "Box Of Rain" and
"Alligator". When asked about the process of writing, Hunter described just
getting this stuff from 'out there' as if he didn't really have much to do
with the process. Shortly after saying this, Hunter stopped talking, looked
thoughtful, and asked for a pen - inspiration strikes again! Still filming,
the BBC just might have captured "the" moment when Hunter first came up with a
classic song.
