* Ingredients:
1 quart diced, cooked potatoes
¾ cup Tofu Mayonnaise
8 radishes, thinly sliced
½ cup chopped celery
¼ cup olive slices, well-drained
¼ cup chopped green onion
1 teaspoon dill weed
* Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate a few hours
before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and/or paprika, if
desired.
