* Ingredients:
2 cucumbers
½ red onion
½ lemon peel
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup toasted, ground sesame seeds
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon salt
* Directions:
Peel and slice cucumbers. Shred onion and lemon peel and mix with
cucumbers. Combine remaining ingredients and mix together well.
Pour over cucumbers and toss together. Chill and serve.
