* Ingredients:

1 cucumber, thinly peeled

cup clean, raw cashews

1 green onion

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon onion salt

* Directions:

Process all ingredients in a blender until very smooth, adding a
little water for blending, if necessary. Use as a dressing or dip.
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container. Yields 2 cups or 16
servings.
