1 chopped onion
1 chopped green bell pepper
2 TBSP butter
1 1/2 lbs. yellow squash (cut into 1/4" thick slices)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 TBSP lemon juice
In a skillet over medium heat add butter, chopped onions and
chopped green peppers--stir and cook until tender. Add salt, pepper
and lemon juice--stir. Add squash pieces--turn heat to low--stir and
cook for 8-10 minutes or until squash is tender.
