Laing House (http://www.lainghouse.org) is a drop in center based in the capital of Nova Scotia, Canada for youth living with a mental illness. The author is a member of this organization since 2002 and very fortunate to live in a country where such services exist.

Dinner on Pasta
Sausage and Ravioli	C ■■■□□ U Stove
Ingredients: 1 lb Italian sausage (cut into 1" pieces) 26 oz Jar chunky spaghetti sauce ½ cup Water ¼ tsp Pepper 24 oz Bag frozen Ravioli ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Directions: In heavy skillet, slowly cook sausage, turning frequently Drain if necessary Add spaghetti sauce, water, pepper & ravioli Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 5 - 8 minutes Alterations: None
