104 Foley Belsaw planer info wanted

I have been looking for a used planer for several years, and recently
I was offered a Foley-Belsaw planer with about six sets of knives
and a box of assorted moulding cutter knives. The price seems
reasonable: $650. It is powered by a 22 amp 220 volt motor, which will
require a new circuit breaker & wiring (my shop is presently set up for
20 amp service only).
If anyone has any opinions about this planer, especially comparisons
with the Delta 14" Invicta, I would like to hear them.
