More Understeer More Oversteer (less oversteer) (less understeer) decrease front tire pressure increase front tire pressure raise rear tire pressure lower rear tire pressure increase front swaybar diameter increase rear swaybar diameter decrease rear swaybar diameter decrease front swaybar diameter less front camber more front camber increase rear camber decrease rear camber increase front shock stiffness increase rear shock stiffness decrease rear shock stiffness decrease front shock stiffness
(Note: 'camber' above refers to NEGATIVE camber.)
BIG NOTE: The above refers to conventional wisdom.
HOWEVER, A1 & A2 VWs benefit tremendously from a thicker
front sway bar to reduce understeer due to camber
changes. See the section on sway bars!
