14 Can E-mailed ASCII text (without signatures) be used for translations?

The following language appended to the translation should work:
"The translation is transmitted electronically
and my signature shall be deemed valid and its
validity shall be deemed proven by the sender's
and other message routing information, which
are both automatically created and appended to
this communication by the computer sites routing
it between <my place> and <place where received>."
