>From a posting by <P.Grassi@agora.stm.it>:

News in English from the ANSA news agency
are made available twice every day at:
GOPHER.MI.CNR.IT
under the menu:
Windows on Italy

If you use Mosaic Look in:
gopher://climber.siam.mi.cnr.it/11/win-italy/Ansa

Maurizio Oliva <mo5027@u.cc.utah.edu> has recently created a gopher
that is filled with information about italian culture (including this FAQ).
To assess it type:

gopher italia.hum.utah.edu

Also, Lucio Picci <lpicci@weber.ucsd.edu> has created a gopher at the
University of Bologna that is mostly dedicated to Italian politics.
It is called Virtual Italy.

gopher spfo.unibo.it

To contribute write to gopher@spfo.unibo.it.
A very interesting feature of this service is that this gopher gets
also an automatic input from TELEVIDEO RAI.
