6.1.2 By-Laws
2.1.2 The USATT will consist of affiliated associations and individual
members as described in By-Law 2.2.
2.1.3 The ITTF Constitution and By-Laws will apply in all cases not
specifically covered by the USATT Constitution and By-Laws.
2.1.4 In any controversy involving its recognition as the National
Governing Body of Table Tennis, the USATT will submit to binding
arbitration conducted in accordance with the commercial rules of the
American Arbitration Association, as provided in Article VIII of the
Constitution of the U. S. Olympic Committee as of April 1980 as well
as the By-Laws of the U. S. Olympic Committee.
There will be the following types of membership, with fees as stated
in the Fee Schedule (see By-Law2.4.8).
