215 MPEG audio Layer-3 from Cenlay (MPEG-related hardware)

Proton Data has a ready-to-sell real-time Layer-3 decoder based on the
MAS 3503 chip from Intermetall, ITT Semiconductors. The adapter module
is plugged into the parallel printer board ("Centronics") of a computer; it
plays back Layer-3 files (mono or stereo) with bitrates from 32 to 320
kbps and sample rates of 32, 44.1 and 48 kHz. A MCI driver for MS
Windows and some example programmes for MS-DOS are coming along
with the decoder module.

More informations are available directly at Proton Data in Flensburg (Tel.
+49-461-366590, Fax +49-461-3816948, 100411.3206@compuserve.com).
