B1) How do I convert between sizes?

See section A1, also here are the measurements for women's sizes in
the the Netherlands. (All measurements in cm)

Women's Sizes

Sizes 40 42 44 46 48 50 52 54 56 58

BUST 91 96 100 104 110 116 122 128 134 140
HIP 99 102 105 109 114 120 126 132 138 144
WAIST 75 78 81 85 90 96 102 108 114 120

These are the sizes for normal length women (1.64m). There is also
a set of sizes for short women (under 1.60m) and tall women (unknown).
These are derived from the normal length sizes by dividing by 2 (short)
or multiplying by 2 (tall). Thus a short woman, having the measurements
of size 52 above would actually have size 26. Some catalogues
cater to short women, and there are sewing patterns for both
short and tall women available.

Bra sizes:
1) Measure around the body directly under the bust. Round the number
to the nearest multiple of 5. This is your bra size.
2) Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
The difference between 2) and your bra size is your cup size.

CUP SIZE AA A B C D DD E F FF G
         10-12-14-16-18-20-22-24-26-28-30
