Royal Rangers programs are open to children from 5 years old and upward.
In countries where the Missionettes program is established, Royal
Rangers is usually (but not always) reserved for boys, but in
countries where the Missionettes program is not established, both boys
and girls can join Royal Rangers.
Commanders (leaders) must be Christians who are above reproach and who
are willing to minister to, teach, and protect the children in the
program.
