right arm crossed over left.
First Scout in line asks: "IS IT TIME YET?" -

Last Scout says: "NO"
Word is passed back to the first Scout, one Scout at a time.
After a lonnnnnnnng pause,
First Scout asks: "IS IT TIME YET?"
It goes down the line as before.
