Mama Stamberg's cranberry relish
2 cups cooked cranberries
1 small onion
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons horseradish
Grind onion and cranberries together.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Put into plastic container and freeze.
Thaw in refrigerator a few hours before serving.
Makes 1 1/2 pints.
