Description:	Returns the modem to command mode from dumb mode or power-on leased-line operation, you must turn the modem off then on again first.
Note:	To permanently turn off dumb mode or power-on leased-line mode, change the stored profile by issuing one of these strings: for dumb mode, AT%D0&W&W1. For power-on leased-line mode, AT&L0&W&W1 For External models only.

COMMUNICATIONS MODE
