19.021 What is a good source for .WAV and .BNK files?

        Have a look at ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/apple2/apple16/Music and you
should find a couple of different custom made instrument banks for MIDIsynth. A
couple to look for: 'Europe.bnk', MIDI.bnk', 'InstF.bnk', 'InstA.bnk',
'GrandPiano.bnk', 'Jazz.bnk', 'MT32.bnk'.
