8.9: What is the WaitForPort command in bin/startnet doing?

The purpose of the WaitForPort command in bin/startnet is to prevent execution of the forthcoming commands before AmiTCP has fully initialized itself. WaitForPort is part of the Rexx package that was bundled with AmigaDOS 2.0 and later, and can be found in sys:rexxc.
