050. How Can I Get Linux Without FTP Access?
A: The easiest thing is probably to find a friend with FTP access. If there is a Linux user's group near you, they may be able to help.
If you have a reasonably good email connection, you could try the FTP-by-mail servers at ftpmail@ftp.sunet.se, or ftpmail@ftp.uni-stuttgart.de.
