1999) This compilation includes "Touch of Grey" by the Grateful Dead.
Saturday Night Live: The Musical Performances (Volume One) - var. (Dreamworks
50205, September 21, 1999) The Dead's performance of "Casey Jones", from the
November 11, 1978 show, is included on volume one of this compilation series.
Dick's Picks Volume 15 - Grateful Dead (Grateful Dead GDCD 4035) A three CD
release from the September 3, 1977 show at Raceway Park in Englishtown, New
Jersey. Made available for mailorder on October 18, 1999. The cover features
a multi-scallopped downward descending stairway fractal.
Rev - Perry Farrell (Warner Brothers 47544, November 9, 1999) This album by
the singer from Jane's Addiction and Porno For Pyros includes a version of
"Ripple" (4:39).

The 10 seconds of studio dialogue at the end of the fifth disc (Jerry Garcia
saying: "The tension is killing me.") was added by John Cutler. This dialogue
was removed from the "second" pressings. Review copies made available to
radio stations on November 8, 1999. "Wave To The Wind" was recorded in the
studio, and slated to the used on this album, but was not used because Phil
Lesh was reworking the song, along with "If the Shoe Fits" and "Childhood's
End" for his "friends". (N.B. The following songs, which appear on "So Many
Roads", were also broadcast on the "Grateful Dead Hour" radio program: "I
Know You Rider", "On The Road Again", "Clementine", "Beautiful Jam",
"Chinatown Shuffle", "Sing Me Back Home", "Watkins Glen Soundcheck Jam",
"Dark Star" > "U.S. Blues", "Eyes Of The World", "Cassidy", "Playing In The
Band", "Scarlet Begonias" > "Fire On The Mountain", "You Don't Have To Ask",
"Jam out of "Foolish Heart"", and "That's It For The Other One".)
