This technique is a bit risky. It works by remembering to do a RT
every time you go to the bathroom. So prior to going to bed should you
drink A LOT of water. You will maybe dream of going to the bathroom,
and hopefully will remember doing a RT. It's not the best and safest
technique available. But it works.
