This is a problem under a few window managers (OpenWindows and ovlwm,
for example); it's netrek's fault, but you can fix it by adding the
line ".FocusLenience: True" to your .Xdefaults file. Log out and log
back in and it should work. Also, sometimes moving the mouse cursor
out of the netrek window and back in will fix it.
