1 Onion Large Finely Chopped
1 Cucumber Finely Chopped
3 Tomatoes Finely Chopped
3 Radishes Finely Chopped
1 Bunch Green Onions(tops, to)
1/2 Bunch Cilantro (no stems)
1/4 c Vinegar
1/4 c Oil
1 Juice from squeezed Lemon
1 ds Salt
1 ds Pepper
Combine all ingredients. If desired, add 3 or 4 finely chopped jalapeno peppers without seeds.
