6 Oranges, peeled and sliced crosswise
1 Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
Olive oil Chopped Cilantro Juice Of 1 Lime Cayenne Pepper Fresh Parsley For each appetizer you will need one whole orange. Once it is sliced, place one slice on plate, then slice of red onion, sprinkle of parsley, another slice of orange, onion, parsley, until you have rebuilt the orange.
