20 Belt sander

I am going to buy a belt sander and would like some suggestions
on what to buy. My price range is $100-$160 and I leaning toward the
variable speed type.
Does anyone have any comment on the variable speed Ryobi sander. I've
seen it for about $130 but I know nothing about the quality of Ryobi products.
