regarding biscuit joiners, I did a lot of reading and some looking
before I bought mine (a Porter Cable). I've been happy with mine, it
does a nice job. I don't remember the Freud. One reason that I avoided
the Skill was the adjustable angle fence. You have to make sure that you
have it absolutely set at 90 degrees for decent results. Being adjustable
that seems like a major problem. The Porter Cable has a fixed angle fence
that is reversible for either 90 degress or 45 degrees.
