Information on adverse events comes from prelicensure clinical studies
worldwide and reports following vaccine licensure in Europe, the US,
and Asia. No serious adverse events have been attributed to the
vaccine. Side effects include soreness and redness at the injection
site, headache and fatigue. In very rare cases, there is a severe
allergic reaction within a few minutes to a few hours of the shot.
