for 1-2-3 1A, 2; Symphony 1.0, 1.1; PIC; Jazz; includes
Turbo Pascal program to convert text into WKS.
Turbo Pascal program obviously not typeset directly from
working source, and independently has various out-of-bounds
errors; table on p127 claims hex 0=dec 1; p141 claims Jazz
had 8192 (and 8191) columns and 256 (and 255) rows.
