3.2.7 What if my bidder responds and refuses to pay? (eBay)
Go directly to the NPB form after the 7 days have past. Remember, you only
have 45 days to file a NPB report and 60 days to request a FVF refund. Once
you file the NPB alert, you have to wait 10 days to file the FVF request
(for most NPB Reasons).
Once you've completed the FVF request, leave appropriate feedback for the
buyer.
