Yes, you may post them here and are quite likely to get an answer.
However, if the question is particularly detailed, you may have
more luck with the ClearCase International User Group mailing list.
To join that list, send email to 'cciug-request@rational.com'. In
the body of the message place the line:
subscribe cciug [your-email-address]
After your request has been approved and processed, you may email
to cciug@rational.com and it'll be read by Rational and all those
customers who are on this mailing list.
